Training Information
So you want to be a lifeguard? How about re-certification? We can take care of all your certification needs.
All employees must hold two valid certifications from approved certifying agencies: Lifeguarding and CPRPro (CPR for the Professional Rescuer). If you are already certified, all you need to do is fill out an application on this website. If you are not yet certified, we offer a combined Lifeguarding/CPR courses as well as CPR-Only courses, however you do not have to be certified through us.
Accepted Agencies
We will accept American Red Cross Lifeguarding and CPRPro (this is probably not the CPR course taught in your health class), YMCA Lifeguarding and CPRPro, Starguard Lifeguarding Course (with CPR), and American Heart Association CPR for the Healthcare Provider (not Heartsaver).
We are unable to accept Ellis and Associates certificates unless you have your certificate validated for universal usage (for use outside of a waterpark). This must be done through Ellis and Associates.
Our Courses
If you have never been certified, schedule yourself for a full lifeguarding class using the calendar below. If you are still current in your Lifeguarding certification, you can sign up for a CPR-Only class.
